Safety pins snag the fabric, and they still let the pallu slide. If you’ve ever spent a wedding holding your pallu in place, Gloozy The Body Glue is for you. A small dab keeps the drape exactly where your stylist – or you – set it.

Where to use Gloozy on a saree
- Pallu on the shoulder – so it doesn’t slip when you lift your arm or dance.
- Front pleats – to keep them crisp and aligned at the waist.
- Blouse-to-saree edge – so the saree stays where it should along the midriff.
- Dupatta over a lehenga – the same trick works on the shoulder or head.
Step by step
- Drape the saree as usual and set the pallu and pleats exactly how you want them.
- For the pallu, apply a thin layer of Gloozy on the shoulder (on skin or on the blouse edge where it meets skin).
- Wait about 30 seconds until it feels tacky.
- Lay the pallu back in place and press gently for a few seconds.
- Repeat at the pleats if needed. To remove later, peel away gently and wash with water.
Draping tips
- Glue goes on skin – keep moisturiser and perfume off that spot.
- Light fabrics like georgette and chiffon need only a tiny amount.
- Use Gloozy together with your usual pins for very heavy silk sarees.
FAQs
Can I still use safety pins?
Yes. Many people use one or two pins for structure and Gloozy to stop the fabric shifting between them.
Will it work for haldi or mehendi functions?
Gloozy is a styling adhesive for fabric and jewellery. For events where you’ll be getting wet or applying turmeric paste, test it on a small area first.
Is it only for sarees?
No – it also works for backless blouses, deep necklines, dupattas and body jewellery.
Gloozy is for external use only. Do a patch test on a small area before first use, and don’t apply on broken or irritated skin or near the eyes.
